This privacy policy describes how Greenstar Resources Operating, LLC (“GRO”) uses and protects any information you provide while using this website.   If you are asked to provide personal information such as name, mailing address, email address and phone number, while using this website, you can be assured that the information will only be used in accordance with this privacy policy.  This policy may be changed periodically, and you should check this page regularly to ensure that you do not object to any changes.  Your continued use of this site after any change in this privacy policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.  This policy is effective as of March 1, 2024.

How is the information you submit used?
The personal information you submit is used to research and establish a value for the properties you have shown an interest in selling and to facilitate the transaction intended to consummate such a sale.  In some cases, your information may be shared with affiliated entities under common ownership with GRO to assist with the transaction but will remain subject to this privacy policy.  If a non-affiliated third party may participate in the purchase of your property, GRO may share your information with said third party after obtaining your consent.

Prohibition Against Sale of Information.
GRO will not sell or rent your personal identifying information to anyone.  GRO will disclose your personal identifying information only to those employees, contractors, and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know the information to assist with your transaction and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others.  Other than to its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations as described above, GRO discloses personal identifying information only in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental request or when GRO in good faith believes that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property rights of GRO, third parties or the public at large.

Right to Deletion
You may send an email to info@greenstarenergy.com to request that we correct or delete any personal information that you may have provided to us.  We will honor such requests unless we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
